Waterfall Elopement | Pennsylvania Engagement Session Photographer | Wildflower Hiking Elopement Inspiration
Ready for the cutest little session!? Meet Olivia and Matt! I met Matt through a mutual friend in college, and occasionally saw him over the past few years through different social things. He started dating Olivia a few years back, and they’re a match made in heaven! They love to travel and reached out to me about doing an adventure session! We couldn’t make a travel date work, so we decided to stay local but still make an adventure out of it! After going back and forth on locations, we landed on this beautiful state forest in Pennsylvania.
If you would have showed me this park and told me it was in Pennsylvania, I probably wouldn’t have believed it, especially with that waterfall! But indeed, it’s only an hour and a half from my house! The trail we went for was a about 6 miles long, so we weren’t sure how much we were going to have to hike in order to reach the spots that we were after, but luckily enough, all of these spots were in the first mile or so!
They brought some killer outfits, the cutest pup Maya, and Olivias dad to tag along and handle Maya while we were just shooting the two of them. We explored the trail, stopping about every 5 minutes at a new spot because there were so many little gems, and got lots of diversity in landscape! We ended their session at that beautiful waterfall you’ll see at the end! It was a hot and humid day so it was great to dip our feet in the water at the end!
Such a fun evening exploring a new area with these two!
